In the event your appointment needs to be rescheduled, you must contact Refresh Massage Therapy 24 hours in advanced to allow time for the business to fill the appointment. Failure to contact before 24 hours of appointment time will result in a late cancel fee of 25% of cost.

Not showing up to a scheduled appointment and failing to contact Refresh Massage Therapy will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of cost.

Showing up late to your scheduled appointment will shorten the time of the session and time lost will not be subject to refund.

If a late cancel or no show fee is still remaining, you will be unable to schedule another appointment with Refresh Massage Therapy until balance is remitted.
